  • Pembroke Kilkenny are looking for Full Time or Part Time, Permanent Accommodation Assistant to join their exceptional Accommodation Team. This role requires Midweek availability. The Accommodation Assistant will provide service excellence, ensuring best practice at all times in the Accommodation department, public areas and in any interactions with our guests. The Accommodation Assistant will maintain personal connections and a professional image reflective of the brand. The Accommodation Assistant will proactively improve efficiencies within the department by supporting the Accommodation Manager through idea generation and developing SOPs. The Accommodation Assistant actively and passionately supports the Accommodation Manager and other Departmental Managers in achieving business goals. They will act as an ambassador for the company and the brand internally and externally. The tasks of this role include but are not limited to: Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness in Bedrooms and public areas. Ensuring all maintenance issues are communicated through the relevant technology. Offering our guests the most wonderful experience through genuine care and communication. Maintaining strict Health & Safety guidelines at all times. This role requires flexibility on working hours both midweek & weekends.
