The Accommodation Assistant will provide service excellence, ensuring best practice at all times in the Accommodation department, public areas and in any interactions with our guests. The Accommodation Assistant will maintain personal connections and a professional image reflective of the brand. The Accommodation Assistant will proactively improve efficiencies within the department by supporting the Accommodation Manager through idea generation and developing SOPs. The Accommodation Assistant actively and passionately supports the Accommodation Manager and other Departmental Managers in achieving business goals.
