We are looking for a skilled Beauty Makeover Business Development Director who will oversee the day-to‑day operations of our Beauty Makeover. In this position, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. You will also be expected to create and maintain schedules, oversee financial transactions, and handle customer complaints. Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon
Ensure that the Beauty Makeover is clean, organized, and well‑maintained
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff
Monitor and manage the Beauty Makeover finances, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify, build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Prepare and present business proposals.
Monitor sales performance metrics, market dynamics and industry trends.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and new products and services
Ensure that the salon complies with all health and safety regulations
Able to perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers
Expositions to a diverse range of beauty treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, skin whitening etc
Assist in managing the day-to-day Operations of the business with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception
Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and service packages to customers
Responsible for staffing, staff development and training
Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation
Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for company staff
Responsible for Sales and achieving Sales KPI and target
Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary.
Manage customer complaints in a timely manner.
Sales of slimming, facial and hair removal treatments
Advise on customer's skin and weight management and other enquiries
Hands on facial, slimming and hair removal treatments if needed
Front desk work – collect payments and book appointment for customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Technology / Beauty Service.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and make data‑driven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
