This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a well-structured, high-quality project with a supportive developer and clear programme. The Project 13 timber-frame houses 4 apartments over 2 retail units (mixed-use block) 18-month programme Long-term, full-time role Were keen to secure the right person early and would love to speak with experienced Site Managers who are ready to take ownership of a project and see it through successfully. What Youll Be Doing Full-time on-site management of houses and mixed-use block Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and materials Maintaining high standards across BCAR, fire, acoustic & H&S compliance Managing snagging through to successful handover Reporting progress directly to the developer This role suits someone who takes pride in running a tidy, efficient site and delivering quality builds on programme.
