About Padel 100
Padel 100 is one of Ireland’s fastest-growing sports and leisure brands, developing a national network of premium padel clubs through a franchise model. With 25+ franchisees across the country and ambitious expansion plans, we are now seeking a commercially driven Head of Sponsorship & Partnerships to lead and scale our national sponsorship programme.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building long-term B2B sponsorship relationships within the SMB sector.
The Role
The Head of Sponsorship & Partnerships will be responsible for generating, managing, and closing sponsorship revenue nationally.
You will lead outbound sales efforts, manage internal tele-sales resources, and work directly with franchise partners to convert sponsor leads into long-term commercial partnerships.
This is a remote-first position with flexibility, supported by a Cork office if required.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and execute a national sponsorship sales strategy
Target and secure SMB sponsors across multiple sectors
Build long-term B2B partnerships aligned with the Padel 100 brand
Create tailored sponsorship packages and proposals
Own revenue targets and sponsorship pipeline
Sales Team Leadership
Directly manage two full-time tele-sales agents in our call centre
Set KPIs, scripts, outreach strategy and performance metrics
Drive daily activity levels and conversion rates
Provide coaching, leadership and accountability
Franchise Collaboration
Work closely with 25+ franchisees nationwide
Supply qualified sponsor leads to franchise partners
Enable franchisees to act as closers and local brand ambassadors
Ensure smooth handover from national sales to local activation
Support franchisees in sponsor relationship management
Cross-Department Collaboration
Full access to and collaboration with our in-house marketing team
Align campaigns, brand assets and lead generation initiatives
Develop marketing-backed sponsorship collateral and materials
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B sales professional (5+ years preferred)
Experience in sponsorship, advertising sales, media sales or similar
Strong leadership and team management experience
Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed revenue targets
Comfortable managing outbound sales operations
Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Ideal Background
Experience selling into the SMB sector
Background in sports sponsorship, media, events or franchise networks
Experience managing call centre or tele-sales teams
Experience building structured sales processes and reporting systems
