WHAT YOU'LL BRING Core Experience: At least three years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles with a strong background in both development and operations. Technical Proficiency: Proven hands-on expertise with Octopus Deploy (required), Terraform (required), and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Observability & Security Depth: Strong experience with application observability tools (New Relic, Datadog), OpenTelemetry, and application security practices including OWASP Top 10. Mentorship Attitude: A consultative approach with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to coach and influence engineering teams without direct authority. Reliability Principles: Deep understanding of reliability engineering concepts, including branching strategies, automated testing, and vulnerability remediation workflows.
