Job Description Regularly emptying and clearing rubbish. Replacing any failed light bulbs. Reporting all maintenance issues to head office. Mopping, dusting, vacuuming. Qualifications and Skills Full valid UK Driving Licence and ability to drive to St James Village and carry cleaning equipment; fuel costs paid. Good organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong sense of time keeping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
