    The VMware Senior Consultant will collaborate closely with internal architecture teams and customer stakeholders, taking ownership of complex infrastructure solutions from design through to delivery with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Provide senior-level technical support across multiple client environments within managed services and project engagements. Manage and resolve high-priority and escalated technical incidents, following established incident, problem, and change management processes. Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs. Escalate technical issues internally or to relevant vendors where appropriate. Key qualifications: Candidates must hold VCP and/or VCAP certification and have experience with at least three of the following: VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF); vSphere; Site Recovery Manager (SRM); vSAN; Horizon; Workspace ONE; NSX; vCloud Director (vCD) 4+ years' experience in data storage and management, including FC and iSCSI SAN implementations (design experience desirable). 3+ years' experience with Veeam or other backup solutions. Strong experience implementing and configuring virtual and physical infrastructure solutions. Experience with capacity planning and infrastructure sizing methodologies. Design and implementation of high availability solutions. Experience with cloud management tools is advantageous. ITIL Foundation certification is desirable. Security experience beneficial. This role offers strong exposure to end-to-end insurance & financial reporting and the opportunity to work closely with internal finance teams and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse accurate financial reports for management, group stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Liaise with internal teams including Finance Business Partners, Credit Control, and Shared Service Centres to resolve queries and ensure data accuracy. Maintain a strong control and compliance environment, including balance sheet reconciliations and control testing.
