We are looking for an experienced Chef with a minimum of 1 years' experience working in a busy cafe/restaurant environment. Working hours may include the weekends, but there are no evening shifts. Dock 84 offers breakfast, lunch & signature sandwiches. This role will suit someone looking for experience working alongside experienced chefs. There may be options in the future to progress to a full-time chef position across our other businesses. The role is part-time working a min 2 days p.w. The days may vary, but will mostly be weekdays with no evening shifts. Typically working hours will be 8.30am to 4.30pm. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food to menu specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during service. Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy kitchen environment. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor and manage food inventory and kitchen supplies.
