This is a full-time position, reporting to the General Manager, the Duty Manager will oversee the daily running of the Hotel. What you will do: The Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Hotel. You will assist and support every department when required and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered. Manage all functions and events and ensure they are set up as per requested by the customer. Make sure quality and standards are met consistently throughout the hotel. Anticipate guest needs, and proactively manage their expectations. Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Attention to detail is required to ensure our guests have an excellent experience. About you: Have experience as a department manager/supervisor within a fast-paced Hotel. Experience supporting and being hands-on across all departments. Excellent customer service experience.
