The Opportunity This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to join a small, collaborative team within a purpose-driven organisation. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the finance function. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with residents experiencing communication and swallowing difficulties while contributing to a collaborative and person-centred care environment. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders. You will design and deliver individualised therapy programmes, monitor progress, and adapt interventions to support each person in achieving the best possible outcomes. You will also work closely with families, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and holistic care. The position also involves contributing to service development, supporting student education, and providing leadership within the service while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice and documentation.
