Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Booking Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic Temp Desk. The Role As a Booking Co-Ordinator , you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring our healthcare clients are fully staffed and our candidates are supported every step of the way. You’ll manage daily bookings, maintain compliance, and play a key role in the smooth running of our temporary staffing desk. Key Responsibilities Candidate Support: Respond to queries professionally and promptly. Daily Booking Management: Fill client shifts with suitable, available candidates. Timesheet Oversight: Collect, validate, and verify weekly timesheets for payroll processing. Compliance: Ensure all candidates are compliant ahead of starting, and remain compliant throughout their tenure, tracking using our system. Talent Attraction: Write and post engaging job adverts across approved platforms. Candidate Screening: Conduct structured interviews in line with HSE standards. Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements. Tech-Savvy: Embrace AI tools and best practices to enhance efficiency.
