Responsibilities Act as a liaison between business, IT and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements and technical deliverables. Interact with functional BAs, product SMEs, QAs, engineering teams and solution architects to provide walkthrough of the requirements, understand technical dependencies and work with them to deliver the solutions. Provide content leadership in working with clients to define solutions to their business requirements. Interact with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation etc. Work with the delivery/implementation teams to provide domain inputs and ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solution. Interact with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood. Translate business requirement documents into technical specifications and analyze payment-related requirements. Oversee or participate in UAT and resolve technical issues during development and post‑implementation. Relevant industry experience in Tier‑1 IT organizations in the BFSI domain with focus on payments, including Low and High Value Payments, Cross‑Border Payments and key regulations such as SEPA, Instant Payments, PSD and Open Banking. Domain Expertise In‑depth solutioning experience in the banking domain with a focus on payments. Ability to read and understand regulatory changes such as SWIFT/SEPA rulebooks. Proficiency in SQL/Oracle databases. Technical Skills Ability to understand As‑is processes and gather requirements. Knowledge of payment systems and technologies (ISO 20022, EMV, tokenization). Ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project. Analyse client business requirements, liaise with clients / project teams and prepare business process documents like BRDs, User Stories, Discussion Logs, Workflows etc. Be involved actively in the process till the sign-off is not obtained from the client.
