Summary of Role As a Business Analyst Lead, you will spearhead the business analysis function for core banking and Credit initiatives, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. You will lead a team of Business Analysts, act as a key liaison between business and technology teams and bring strong expertise in Loan Origination and Servicing domains. You will play a pivotal role in driving requirements definition, solution design alignment, and overall business process optimization to deliver value to both the client and the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing direction, coaching, and quality oversight of deliverables. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and project management for all BA‑related activities. Drive business requirements strategy, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with organizational goals. Conduct and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions to ensure effective collaboration and decision‑making. Bring deep functional expertise in Corporate Lending from LOS, LMS and integration of these systems with surrounding systems. Review and approve Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories produced by the team. Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions. Participate in defining solution options, performing impact assessments, and supporting architectural decisions. Provide oversight and input into test planning and execution — including SIT and UAT phases — ensuring requirements coverage and validation. Mentor BA, Developers and QA Team and build a knowledge‑sharing culture within the team. Partner with clients to identify emerging needs and propose innovative, scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Plan quarterly deliverables and define milestones in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality outcomes. Experience and Skills Required 10+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services, with at least 6+ years focused on Corporate or Commercial Lending within a Core Banking and LOS environment. Strong communication skills to manage the discussions with Stakeholders and other team members like BA, Tech Team, QA Team. Hands‑on experience with loan management systems and loan origination systems and deep understanding of integrations of LOS and LMS with surrounding systems. Experience leading end‑to‑end business analysis across multiple projects, ideally within both Agile and Waterfall environments. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills — able to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus. Excellent documentation skills using JIRA , Confluence , and MS Office Suite. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem‑solving, innovation, and continuous improvement. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a multi‑cultural, multi‑national environment.
