Scheme Project Manager Bray Scheme Support the FA5 Lead in project management, coordination and setup of the Dublin BusConnects Bray Scheme to take the project through the Planning Re-submission to ACP (Board) Planning Approvals and post Board approval workstreams. These roles will continue through the tender, procurement phase and provide continuity with an eventual site team. Project Manager/ Delivery Manager Project management to deliver the Scheme A strong project coordinator Design management, multi-disciplinary coordination Resource planning and management Project proposal and scoping Schedule creation and management Risk management Cross workstream interface management Client liaison and stakeholder engagement Preferable experience: Technical delivery of roads projects and preferably urban schemes Consultation, responses and key decisions to inform design and project delivery Progress project through planning phase and ACP (Board) approvals Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) process Co-ordinating Environmental and Traffic inputs (EIA and TIA) Desirable Skills: Strong team leadership skills with an ability to influence to drive effective decision making. Ability to deal with and resolve unforeseen risks and issues. Ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and deliver consistent service. Ability to manage client expectations and deliver within agreed parameters. Ability to work in a challenging environment both on their own initiative and as part of a team.
