Email & Perimeter Security: Set up and manage anti-spam and perimeter security solutions (e.g. Mimecast, Barracuda). Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM): Utilise RMM tools for endpoint monitoring and troubleshooting including Intune enrolments, Defender enrolments and remote troubleshooting. Azure Security (Advantageous): Implement and manage Azure security controls and policies. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and security. Expertise in Intune onboarding, policy management, and compliance. Hands-on experience with Defender EDR and Conditional Access. Familiarity with Advanced Threat Protection for Office 365. Proficiency in SIEM/SOC configuration and management. Knowledge of Secure Score and RMM tooling. Strong troubleshooting skills for device enrolments and endpoint security. We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Implementation Manager to lead a critical IT transformation programme within one of our food manufacturing customers initially on a 24-month fixed term contract. The primary focus of this role will be the migration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from an on-premise environment to the cloud, alongside the delivery of several smaller but strategically important IT projects over a two-year period. This role will be highly visible across the business and will require strong stakeholder management, hands-on project delivery experience, and a solid understanding of ERP systems within a regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: ERP Migration (Primary Focus): Own and lead the end-to-end migration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centralfrom on-premise to cloud, from initiation through to post-go-live support. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and governance structures. Coordinate internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, QA, IT) and external vendors/partners. Ensure data migration, system configuration, testing, training, and cutover activities are executed successfully. Manage integration points with other systems (e.g. manufacturing, warehousing, finance, reporting). Ensure business continuity during transition and minimise operational disruption. IT Project Delivery: Deliver a portfolio of smaller IT and digital improvement projectsin parallel with the ERP migration. Apply consistent project management methodologies across all initiatives. Prioritise workload and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Stakeholder & Change Management: Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear, regular status updates and risk reporting. Lead change management activities, including communication plans and user engagement. Support end-user adoption through training coordination and post-implementation support planning. Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensure all projects align with internal governance, security, and compliance requirements. Maintain strong documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, particularly those impacting production, compliance, or customer delivery. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Project Managerdelivering complex IT projects. Hands-on ERP migration experience, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Experience working in manufacturing, preferably within food or FMCG environments. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, finance, and production workflows. Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and implementation partners. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
