    Do you share our passion of renewable energy for a greener and sustainable future? Nordex has an exciting opportunity for the role of Account Manager based at our office in Oola, County Limerick. Contract Type: Permanent Role Location: Hybrid working with regular travel to our Oola office based in Co Limerick How can you make a difference? As an Account Manager at Nordex , you will be responsible for the management of our customer relationships which includes the generation of after‑sales business from existing and previous customers, ensuring awareness of contractual conditions and supporting our service teams with any commercial customer requests. What will you be doing? Key responsibilities of this role include: Responsibility for aftersales strategy including key targets and growth for your key accounts Responsibility for end‑to‑end management of service agreement renewals for our existing windfarms which includes tendering, negotiation, cost analysis and pricing Building a strategy to reactivate lost customer accounts Proactive targeting of repair and maintenance offers including follow up, negotiation and closing of the offer Collaborating across the Nordex team to deliver to our customers requirements, generating service quotations and develop aftersales products that meet their requirements Responsibility for aftersales order intake, revenues ad EBIT for the service area Key contact for your customers for commercial issues Building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships, ensuring the customer is satisfied with their service from Nordex Managing any customer complaints and disputes including warranty or defect claims Calculating and collecting any contract variable feesManagement of new contract reviews for recently signed service agreements What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a technical sales or account management function, working towards challenging sales targets, with experience of working with service contracts. You will be experienced in dealing with internal and external customers and ideally have experience of working on formal sales tenders. You will hold a degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject and have a basis understanding of UK and Irish legal frameworks and commercial/contractual law. From your previous experience you will also have an understanding of engineering principles. Other essential skills and behaviours required for this role include: Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills Strong computer literacy skills including use of MS Office packages. Previous use of SAP would be advantageous Excellent planning and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail Strong customer focussed approach Resilient and able to deal with any conflict management This role will require regular travel to Nordex and customer offices which will include nights away from home. The successful candidate will also be required to hold a full EU/UK Driving Licence What we can offer you? Time Off - Our teams receive 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
