Were currently on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie coming from a scratch kitchen background (breads/doughs/pasta/sauces etc) to join our kitchen team. If youre enthusiastic about food, thrive in a busy environment, and have a keen eye for detail, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager Be part of a tight-knit kitchen crew, delivering consistently high-quality dishes Keep your section clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times Follow all HACCP procedures and uphold food safety standards Comply with all company policies on Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Customer Service Support junior team members and help create a positive working atmosphere Take direction well and contribute to smooth, efficient service Please note: this isnt an exhaustive list of duties and you may be asked to take on other responsibilities by management as required. In the heart of Dublin's city centre, we pride ourselves on being one of the citys best and most loved nightlife hotspots. We are now looking for an experienced sous chef to join the team. Role and Responsibilities Report to Head Chef Ability to maintain high standards, communication and leadership during high pressurized moments of service Ensure all supplies are fresh and of a high standard, and to pass on any problems to Head Chef. Creative mind and ability to keep up to date with culinary trends Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to and hygiene checked daily. Ensure HACCP system is being adhered to. Comply to Company Policy regarding Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene, Customer Care and Security.
