Coordinates and acts as SME/SPOC for complex service requests (e.g., GTS systems, MES systems and ICE) PROBLEM SOLVING/INNOVATION Improves methods/designs/processes. Recognizes and implements good ideas/innovations/costs reductions; consistently generates/adopts original solutions to problems and reduces them to practices, e.g. implements better methods to reduce component cost; creatively applies others' design ideas. COMPLIANCE Complies with all regulations and standards for quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Energy (EHS&E) Identify areas of risk with respect to compliance. Requirements And Competencies Bachelor of Science Degree or Masters Degree required, preferably in, Information Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field / discipline. Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT / OT infrastructure environment in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Medical Devices or Biotech manufacturing. Prior experience in a cGXP environment in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Medical Devices or Biotech manufacturing is essential.
