    Customer Service Manager – Hardware Division Location: Sligo, Ireland Reports To: Sales Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Lead a dynamic team and shape the customer experience for Ireland’s most trusted hardware brands The Role Lead and develop our Customer Service teams within the Hardware Division. You’ll ensure exceptional service across all channels, drive continuous improvement, and foster a positive, solution-focused team culture. This role combines leadership, process optimisation, and hands‑on engagement with both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop Customer Service teams across multiple locations. (Regular travel is expected to the West of Ireland as well as to offices in Lisburn) Deliver excellent customer service, manage escalated issues, and build strong client relationships. Implement and improve service processes, systems, and procedures. Support Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment. Analyse customer feedback and operational data to inform improvements.Develop training programs and promote continuous learning within the team. The Group has 4 different divisions namely; Hardware Plumbing, Heating & Kitchens Bathrooms Showering.
