  • To support the growing number of inbound leads generated through our digital channels, our outbound telemarketing team as well as certain referral relationships we are recruiting a number of additional Inbound Sales Executives. We are looking for an ambitious, driven, self-motivated individual to work on developing new customer leads and opportunities. The type of person we are looking for will have sales experience but not necessarily in the card payments industry, is someone that has a desire to be successful and is prepared to make the commitment to a growing business to realise their full personal and financial potential. Job Description Respond to inbound sales enquiries that arrive through our digital channels, from our outbound telemarketing team as well as certain referral relationships for customers who are interested in taking advantage of NPIs card processing services. Progress in-bound enquiries to an eventual sale doing all that is necessary to realise the opportunity, keeping your promises with your customers and being a credit to our business. Promote the various packages that are offered by NPI to our customers including cross selling additional services that may be separate to their initial enquiry. Be as flexible and amenable as possible to ensure the customer experience is at its best. The ability to vary your behaviour and conversation to effectively communicate with people at all levels. Experience in developing, managing and closing out a sales pipeline in line with working with monthly sales targets. Capable of producing weekly/monthly sales reporting including opportunity and revenue forecasting. Confident and able to capture requirements and make recommendations based upon what is the most suitable service for the customer. A well-structured individual that is able to plan and manage their time and opportunities effectively and is used to providing regular updates to the Management Team on their progress. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress with other team members. Knowledge and Skills Excellent listening and communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels. You will be responsible for generating leads as well as following up on opportunities generated elsewhere within the business, principally through telemarketing and Internal Sales. Respond to new customer enquiries within your geographic region generated through our marketing, telemarketing, and internal sales teams. This role is key in enabling growth within our direct and partner sales team. The successful candidate will have had telemarketing experience in the past and understands the importance of establishing a sufficient level of buy in from lead opportunities and collecting as much information as possible to enrich the lead to ensure it stands a better chance of conversion. You work will closely with our sales functions arranging appointments and working with them to understand the success of the opportunities that are passed to them. You will be rewarded for both the leads that you generate and the successful conversion of those leads. Job Description Contact potential customers who would be interested in face to face and online payment services from New Payment Innovation by phone. Log and track calls in our CRM tool to support management of those leads but to also give the business an accurate picture of the level of opportunity you are working on for reporting purposes. Introduce the services to the customer, seek to better understand their existing setup, supplier and any challenges that they face and talk through how we may be able to support their business.
