Ensure each programme has appropriate resilience to conduct capacity planning, rota management and workforce management. Responsibility for conducting Health and Safety assessments and training, risk assessments, business continuity planning, patient complaints/feedback, incident recording and incident investigation. Assist in the managing of performance of colleagues and processes ensuring the quality of service is of a high standard, ensuring effective communication on a regular basis. Qualifications Experience with working in a healthcare setting. Experience with large, remote teams. Experience in screening, newborn hearing screening and diabetic retinopathy screening would be an advantage. Ability to use effective communication skills both written and oral within a multidisciplinary team at all levels and with patients/stakeholders in a calm, sensitive and reassuring way. The post holder must be IT literate with experience of using bespoke screening database software and a knowledge of information governance. Capability to work largely unsupervised, but with the responsibility of close supervision of other clinical/clerical colleagues within the programme.
