TheEnterprise Risk Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the NTMA's Risk Management Policy and Framework in line with NTMA's strategy. Experience with Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience is desirable. Support the implementation of the NTMA Assurance Testing Framework and the Third Party Generative AI Governance Framework. Support the implementation of AI solutions within the Enterprise Risk Team. Deliver appropriate updates to the Risk Champions Forum. Support the delivery of appropriate risk management training to all NTMA staff. Support the Head of Risk and Head of Enterprise Risk in any other enterprise risk matters. Experience: Strong risk management knowledge and experience in implementing a Risk Management Program is required. Track record in enterprise risk management ideally within a financial or peer organisation. Excellent ability to understand and implement strong enterprise risk management programmes and practices across a diverse organisation. Ability to deliver effective presentations, both verbally and visually, on a wide array of risk topics to senior management. An understanding of GRS tools and risk management and methodologies.
