Responsibilities Own and improve financial reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages (P&L, cash flow, KPIs) for leadership and external stakeholders
Deliver budget vs. actual analysis down to department level, providing variance insights and commentary
Support annual planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts processes across the company
Partner with GTM teams to analyze funnel performance, CAC, and campaign ROI
Conduct ad hoc business analysis and modeling for compensation, hiring, or capacity planning
Proactively deliver financial insights that help teams improve performance and hit goals
Contribute to consolidation, VAT declarations, transfer pricing, and audit preparation
Help design and implement scalable finance processes and tooling for growth
Support ERP/reporting system enhancements to improve data quality and automation
Requirements Must-haves
5+ years in FP&A, controlling, or strategic finance, including 2–3+ years in fast-paced tech or SaaS
Analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and ability to turn data into insights
Strong financial modeling & reporting skills, including tracking budgets and forecasts
Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Datev, NetSuite, Odoo) and planning/reporting tools (e.g., Abacum, Causal, Pigment)
Knowledge of SaaS metrics (CAC, payback, funnel efficiency, retention)
Cross-functional collaboration with People, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
Attention to detail, dependability, and clear communication
Strong written and verbal communication across levels
Curiosity and business sense to drive better decisions
Nice-to-haves
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field
2–3 years in audit, advisory, or investment banking
Product-led growth (PLG) mindset
Experience with automation and tech tools
VAT, transfer pricing, or IFRS knowledge
Python knowledge or interest in using code to enhance workflows
Experience working in async-first, distributed teams
