We are hiring a Head of Agency Partnerships to turn this momentum into a structured, scalable agency partner program, designing and implementing it from the ground up. Your role Your main goal will be to turn our strong organic agency motion into a world class ecosystem that contributes a large chunk of our self-serve Cloud revenue and improves retention. To do so, here are your responsibilities: Program design and launch (0→1) Take ownership of designing program tiers, benefits, requirements, SLAs, and a clear code of conduct. Launch Program v1 within 90 days with a simple, defensible attribution model. Define operating cadence including QBRs for top agencies and monthly reporting. Enablement and certification Build onboarding curricula, certifications, solution playbooks, demo environments, and success plans. Set certification QA with CS and Support to maintain high partner standards. Create agency assisted onboarding playbooks for IT Ops, SecOps, and DevOps ICPs. Partner economics and offers Pilot rev share and discount structures aligned to self serve unit economics. Template legal and T&Cs early to avoid scaling delays. Recommend pricing for fixed scope handheld packages where appropriate. Partner operations and attribution Stand up partner operations integrated with CRM and PRM to track partner touch events and influenced revenue. Ship first party reporting by Day 120 in partnership with RevOps, Data, and Finance. Maintain clean deal registration, directory standards, and a single front door with Partnerships. Pilot, certify, and scale Run the 5 agency pilot with a clear go or no go readout and expand to 25 or more certified agencies in 6 to 9 months. Grow the ecosystem to 50 or more certified agencies by Month 12 while adjusting based on pilot learnings. Personally own lighthouse accounts in Year 1 to model excellence. Retention and expansion experiments Drive measurable lift versus control cohorts through agency assisted onboarding and expansion motions. Reduce time to first customer to 45 days or less by Month 6 through repeatable plays. Partner with Growth and Product on experiment design and readouts. Co marketing and content flywheel Build co marketing kits, YouTube briefs, case studies, and solution blueprints with agencies. Recognize and reward top creators and track influenced signups and pipeline. Maintain a public directory showcasing certified expertise and outcomes. Product feedback and roadmap influence Create tight feedback loops to inform connectors, features, SDKs, docs, and tutorials. Channel agency field insights into prioritized roadmap and documentation improvements. Advocate for customer management UX and partner ready surfaces in product. Regional playbooks and localization Develop EMEA and US go to market playbooks with relevant localization guidance. Ensure regional nuances in offers, enablement, and success motions are captured. Align with Marketing on campaigns and regional launches. Org design and 2026 plan Propose the program org design and begin hiring in 2026. Own program budget planning and quarterly headcount proposals. Document hiring bars, onboarding, and success ramps for future roles. Requirements Must-haves 0→1 program builder: You have founded or built SMB, agency, or service partner programs in high growth B2B SaaS and are hands on from design to execution. Technical plus services fluency: You understand automation and AI workflows and services business models and can speak credibly with founders and solution architects. ️ Startup bias, IC first: You are comfortable operating as the initial sole owner and scaling thoughtfully without a big company maintainer mindset. Program architecture: You can design tiers, enablement, certification, rev share models, and legal guardrails and are fluent with PRM and CRM systems. Data driven experimentation: You define attribution, run retention tests, and report clear outcomes against baselines. Cross functional influence: You collaborate deeply across Product, CS, Marketing, RevOps, and Legal and produce strong written collateral. Nice-to-haves Founder or CS leader experience: You have owned services P&L and priced fixed scope handheld packages. Certification and academy design: You have built certifications or solution blueprints for IT Ops, SecOps, or DevOps. Community and co marketing: You have partnered with agencies, creators, or DevRel teams to drive community led growth. Ecosystem know how: You understand automation and integration marketplaces and have built partner directories. Senior Technical Writer As a key voice of clarity in a complex, highly technical product space, you’ll craft and maintain high‑quality documentation and learning resources—from technical deep dives to onboarding flows and integration how‑tos—making n8n approachable and empowering for developers and technical users. Mission & Responsibilities Write and ship high‑quality, user‑centered documentation—from quickstart guides to advanced API walkthroughs and real‑world use cases. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevRel, and Support to ensure docs answer the right questions at the right time. Bring clarity and accessibility to complex technical concepts, empowering developers to self‑serve. Continuously improve the docs experience, identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and iterating based on feedback. Elevate the voice and tone of n8n docs: clear, helpful, and friendly—no jargon, no fluff. Support our community of contributors by reviewing submissions and making it easy to collaborate on high‑quality content. Must‑Have Qualifications 5+ years creating technical documentation for developer‑facing products. Experience with Docs‑as‑Code workflows, using tools like Git, Markdown, and static site generators. Comfort diving into technical concepts—APIs, JavaScript, JSON—and exploring tools like n8n hands‑on. Proven ability to write with structure and clarity while keeping tone warm and accessible. Strong understanding of how documentation impacts adoption, engagement, and developer experience. Nice‑to‑Have Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field. Actively coding. Prior experience working in open‑source or with developer communities. Familiarity with workflow automation tools or low‑code platforms.
