MCL seek a Bid Manager to join their Commercial team. Based in our Head Office, the role will encompass the following responsibilities :
Review & identify tender opportunities, research new markets & expand Customer relationship database.
Lead bid from the initial "bid/no-bid" decision through planning, creation, and final submission.
Management & submission of Suitability Assessment Questionnaires.
Collaborating & Co-ordinating with various internal departments & Design teams to gather all necessary information and ensure alignment on bid strategy.
Reviewing all documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with the client's requirements and internal standards.
Overseeing or directly writing high-quality, tailored bid documents, including executive summaries, technical proposals, and commercial submissions.
Develop clear, concise, and persuasive content, showcasing value propositions and methodologies.
Contribute to the improvement of bid messaging and strategies, driving business growth and success.
Assist with Company Marketing to ensure maximum exposure & showcasing of Company at strongest level.
Monitor success rates and conversions, ensuring continuous improvement in the bid process.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries during the bid process and building strong customer relationships.
Support wider pre-construction and growth strategy.
