Support multiple projects within the acquisitions portfolio, from discovery and implementation across the acquisition’s portfolio to continuous improvement workstreams. Gather and model requirements and create data‑flow diagrams. Define business rules before and after, including impact analysis. Map dependencies. Ensure smooth execution of sprints or milestones, representing product owners and managers as required. Manage and communicate requirements clarifications to the team and maintain the dependency map and traceability matrix. Prioritise stories, backlog items or milestone functionality and perform cost‑benefit analysis of changes. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and support deployment of changes and projects into production. What We’re Looking For IT‑related degree or equivalent experience. Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Business Analysis, Agile, or Project Management). Minimum five years’ experience in IT. Two to three years’ experience in a Business Analyst role within a complex organisation. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, specification and validation. Experience working with third‑party vendors and hybrid delivery teams.
