Marketing Campaign Specialist Responsibilities: Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content Manage various email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, and content Optimize the marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences Create new landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs Set up paid campaigns, optimizing the quality score and cost-per-acquisition Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that's aligned with their needs and interests Create free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (e.g., eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates) Write various types of articles on a wide range of topics for our blog to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers Qualifications: A third-level qualification in Marketing, preferably at Masters level or at least 3 years equivalent experience in SaaS Minimum of 3 years relevant marketing experience Experience with demand generation, inbound marketing, email marketing (MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, etc.), lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics Proficiency in marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), blogging and social media management tools (HootSuite, SproutSocial, Radian6, etc.) to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them into customers Working knowledge of WordPress, Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords Experience using a CRM software Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, editing software in Lumafusion, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro Experience in content production related to inbound marketing (blogs, guides, podcasts and social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, SlideShare, etc.) Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data Excellent communicator, creative thinker, and a strong writer with the ability to use data and intuition to inform decisions Helpful if you have experience running webinars and producing/sharing event-related content Van Driver Job Summary: Full-time, permanent multi-drop van driver delivering doors and floors throughout the country.
