Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in the Waterford Metropolitan Area. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of catering equipment, ensuring that all systems function effectively and meet safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical diagnostics, troubleshooting issues, providing field service support, and maintaining a high level of communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair of catering or similar machinery Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Ability to work independently and manage on-site equipment tasks effectively A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Waterford Metropolitan Area Prior experience in catering equipment or related engineering fields is an advantage Relevant certifications, trade qualifications, or a degree in engineering or a related field are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
