Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Azure cloud administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the MS Azure Platform, operations, process documentation, process improvement, major incident management, quality assurance of documentation, coordination of VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) tests and audits, monitoring and improvement of release management. This role offers the opportunity to work within an automation-first team with opportunities to develop and learn cutting-edge cloud technologies. Responsibilities Monitor MS Azure Platform operations and provide support for day-to-day operations Document processes and identify opportunities for process improvement Manage major incidents, providing support and taking ownership of the resolution process Ensure documentation is of high quality and meets project requirements Coordinate with external vendors for VAPT tests and audits Improve release management by monitoring and identifying areas for improvement Implement and develop innovative monitoring solutions for the platform Handle security events and incidents, ensuring timely response and resolution Monitor security-related IT issues and close any gaps Onboard new customers to the platform Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 2+ years of experience in Azure Platform operations Strong knowledge of process documentation and improvement Experience in major incident management Familiarity with VAPT tests and audits Strong understanding of release management and monitoring Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ITIL experience would also be an advantage Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology, Administrative, and Strategy/Planning Industries Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr

Act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders across all locations, fostering strong partnerships and influencing decision-making with data-driven insights. Manage HR Projects such as Graduate Program, Performance Management, Annual Salary Reviews, Staff Retention, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and other HR Initiatives Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers on policy, performance, and people matters—ensuring legal compliance and a high-performance culture. Collaborate with the HR Director to shape our recruitment strategy and manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, assess, and onboard exceptional talent. Manage employee relations issues as they arise Share knowledge and mentor other members of the People Team. 3 Years’ experience operating at HR Generalist/BP level Proven ability to drive change and measure success of HR initiatives Ability to work in a fast paced, global environment Complete understanding of all HR functions and best practices Confidence dealing with all levels of stakeholders, involving and influencing others. Nice to Have: Experience in a Tech Environment would be advantageous. Proactive with a positive can-do attitude.
