Senior Bartender Key Holder / Assistant Manager Duties Location: Dunboyne, Co. Meath Job Type: Full-Time Mulvanys Fingal House is seeking a strong, experienced Senior Bartender to take on a dual role including Key Holder and Assistant Manager duties in a busy, traditional Irish pub. Must have minimum 6 years experience in a similar type old school bar. This is a hands-on role for someone confident running the bar independently. No cocktails or barista work this is a fast-paced, old-school pub environment with live sports and a busy weekend function room. Key Responsibilities: Open and close the premises independently Act as key holder Cash up accurately and securely Prepare floats and manage change Supervise part-time staff in the owners absence Handle customer issues professionally Maintain order in a busy bar Take responsibility in the owners absence The Ideal Candidate: Experienced in busy traditional pub settings Confident cashing up and closing Strong leadership and people skills Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Reliable, trustworthy and self-sufficient Were looking for a solid, fast, dependable pint slinger who can keep a busy bar running smoothly. You will need a car unless you live in Dunboyne and can walk. No public transport from Dunboyne at night time.
