Job Summary As a Sales administrator you will support the sales team with quotations, manage customer accounts, collaborate with the engineering department on research and development projects, support marketing and other company administration needs as they arise. Key Responsibilities Assist sales team with report creation for management and shareholders Support the sales team in drafting and submitting quotations for new and existing customers using Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP software. Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Address customer inquiries related to ongoing projects and orders. Assist in planning and implementing the annual marketing and events strategy for both internal and external initiatives. Oversee and maintain the company’s social media platforms. Create and distribute marketing materials across various channels, including video content production. Draft press releases and coordinate with media outlets to secure coverage. Update website content and analyze performance metrics using WordPress. Work with the engineering team on commercialization and dissemination efforts for R&D projects. Handle additional administrative tasks as needed within the organization. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce or relevant experience. Experience: Experience is desired but not essential. On the job training will be provided. Skills: Experience using Canva, Adobe products, WordPress, MS office or an ERP system is desirable but not essential. Other: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.Willingness to adapt and work with multiple teams and stakeholders internal and external to company. Open to feedback and eager to develop. Fluency in Irish is desirable but not essential. Job Summary This role would suit a candidate looking to work locally in Connemara in a friendly environment that is both supportive and friendly. On-the-job training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to manufacture and assemble composite parts to meet individual customer requirements. Complete all records required as per processes/procedures and training provided. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Production Supervisor immediately. Support the movement of materials and use of lifting equipment. Operate machinery, tools, and aids as required. Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Work in a cleanroom environment. Undertake all other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor. Core Job Requirements Excellent attention to detail is required. Excellent manual dexterity and coordination is required. Experience in measuring, cutting and/or making things with your hands is advantageous. Work experience in a manufacturing team environment is preferred although not essential. Individual will be required to be mobile, with frequent standing, bending, reaching, grasping, stooping, and walking as requirements for the role. Proficiency in the English language is required. Ability to learn on the job and a willingness to update skills and versatility in core business areas as required. The prospective candidate must demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, professional approach, and self-motivation in completing assigned tasks. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates good problem-solving capability. Full European/Irish Driver’s License is required. Leaving certificate or equivalent is preferred although not essential. Salary and job role requirements will be evaluated during the six-month probation period, again at twelve months, and then annually in accordance with the company’s performance management and business performance processes.
