General duties will include: Greeting & assisting guests in a warm and friendly manner Answering queries and making arrangements for guests, relating to transportation, restaurant reservations, interesting places to visit, cultural events, childcare, shopping, and any other needs. Providing directions to meetings and events within the hotel as well as explaining the hotel facilities. Candidates must be fully flexible. Previous experience as Guest Service Porter in Dublin is preferred and you must hold a full clean driving permit.
