Delivering evidence-based intervention / treatment to all patientswithin the identified patient cohorts Providing appropriate advice based on the patients medical, social and cultural circumstances. Develop and deliver treatment plans, assisting and enabling patients to achieve their treatment goals and targets. Maintaining accurate, comprehensive, contemporaneous electronic patient records in line with ISCP/AOTI standards of practice. Ideal Candidate CORU Registration Experience in physiotherapy/occupational therapy with clinical experience in elderly care, inpatient acute medical care or elective orthopaedics preferred (but not essential).
