Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Waterford as the Head of Finance at Mount Congreve Gardens. The Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations of the estate, including financial reporting, budgeting, and management of financial statements. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that ensure long‑term fiscal health, preparing reports for stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. The individual will also lead the evaluation of financial performance and manage cost optimization projects to support the estate’s growth and sustainability.
