This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service from the beginning, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a person-centred, home-like respite environment where dignity, respect, choice, and independence are at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the service and will work closely with the Person in Charge to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and individualised supports.
