Job description Mooncoin Residential Care Centre is currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter. Deliver professional standards of service and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. General cleaning duties across all sections of the kitchen. Maintains an uncompromisingly clean kitchen and all support areas. Ability to follow all cleaning schedules. Collecting and washing up cutlery, delph, glasses, plates, pots, and pans. Perfectly cleaned cutlery, delph, glasses, pots, pans, plates. Maintain a well-organized work area. Set up, assemble, and serve food to residents in a timely manner. Understand appropriate use of the different chemicals used in the kitchen and for cleaning purposes. Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP is essential. Maintain and contribute to a positive work environment. No late night shifts.
