As a result of our continued development and growth we are currently recruiting for both suitably qualified production operators and fitters to fulfil permanent roles. Full time Monday – Friday (39h week) The positions involve being an integral part of a production team working closely together to meet production plans as well as strict quality, safety and efficiency objectives. The Modular Building manufacturing process has various elements. Depending on your experience and suitability you will be involved in the following processes: Carpentry, 1 st and 2 nd Fix Fit out, Cladding, Steel assembly Window & Door installation Air-tightness Flooring The following key attributes and competencies are required: Highly motivated and enthusiastic team player Keen to learn new skills and disciplines The ability to follow instructions but also be competent enough to work on own initiative Excellent communication skills. A ‘can do’ and ‘will do’ attitude High attention to detail in relation to quality and output Flexible to the needs of the business Be responsible and take ownership of your work Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures at times. Experience Specific Training & Coaching on the processes will be provided but a minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or trade environment is essential. High manual dexterity. Up to date manual handling card. Basic hand & Power tool skills are required. Abrasive wheels training desirable. Normal working hours Mon to Fri. Pay: DOE No agencies at this time, thank you.
