Conduct regular performance reviews, assess technical proficiency, and ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) across daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Hands‑On Contractor Supervision: Oversee on‑site contractors, ensuring all completed works meet technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations through routine inspections.
