Location: Munster Region Based Reports To: Technical Account Manager Department FullTime / Permanent Role Overview: The Regional Facilities Manager (Lifecycle) will serve as the primary point of contact for all escalations related to Hard Services maintenance across Penneys stores in the Munster region. This role is also responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of lifecycle upgrades, across the Island of Ireland, ensuring that all assets are replaced in a timely, costeffective manner. The successful candidate will drive value for money and ensure the delivery of bestinclass products and services. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main escalation point for all Hard Services maintenance issues across Munster Penneys stores. Lead and manage the lifecycle replacement programme, including planning, budgeting, and execution of asset upgrades across the Island of Ireland portfolio. Conduct regular asset condition surveys to assess performance, identify risks, and recommend timely replacements. Develop and maintain an asset register with lifecycle data to support capital planning and investment decisions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery of works. Ensure all lifecycle works align with corporate standards, sustainability goals, and operational requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to store teams and maintenance providers. Monitor and report on budget performance, cost savings, and value engineering opportunities. Support the development of preventative maintenance strategies to extend asset life and reduce reactive interventions.
