Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Market Development Manager, the Sales & Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting Minelab’s European sales and marketing operations. Based in Cork, Ireland, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the brand’s growth across Europe, helping to deliver marketing campaigns, coordinate customer engagement activities, assist with influencer programmes, trade show logistics, and manage day-to-day digital content tasks as part of a fast-paced and evolving marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Content Creator Management
Manage the influencer programme, ensuring regular communication, alignment with marketing goals, and performance tracking.
Coordinate influencer and content creator collaborations, ensuring high-quality content is produced and delivered on time.
Handle influencer contracts, deliverables, and reporting on content performance.
Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure influencer activity aligns with broader brand messaging.
Content Creation Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for external content creators, managing briefing, scheduling, and approvals.
Ensure content aligns with Minelab’s brand guidelines and European marketing objectives.
Assist in maintaining a content calendar and coordinating assets for various campaigns.
Event Support
Assist in the planning and execution of European events.
Attend key events to support on-the-ground marketing initiatives, including influencer coordination, content capture, and brand engagement.
Work with sales teams to ensure event materials, branding, and logistics are properly managed.
Sales & Marketing Administration
Support the sales & marketing team with administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations.
Assist in organising and managing data related to dealers, distributors, and customers.
Coordinate marketing material distribution to sales teams, partners, and event organisers.
Support the tracking and reporting of sales performance, marketing spend and campaign performance.
Day to day monitoring of direct ecommerce content and data.
About You
To thrive in this hands-on and varied role, the qualified professional will be a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented team player with a passion for marketing, sales, and brand communication. We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in admin, marketing, content or events, who’s enthusiastic, organised, and ready to support Minelab’s growth across Europe.
Must be eager to grow within a high-performing team, can build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, and are not afraid to roll up sleeves to make things happen.
To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Bring
1–3 years’ experience in marketing support, digital content, events, or admin roles
A background in sales support or assistant roles, with experience managing customer or distributor relationships and supporting sales processes
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Experience with social media platforms, HubSpot, or content management systems is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
A collaborative mindset and willingness to travel within Europe for events
While Minelab supports flexible working, this role will primarily be office-based in Cork due to its collaborative and event-focused nature. Occasional travel across Europe may be required.
