Key Candidate Requirements A minimum of 5 years of senior-level business development or specification sales experience within the construction industry, focusing on rebar, reinforced concrete, precast concrete, piling, prefabricated modular solutions, ground works or formwork systems. A 3rd level engineering qualification ideally in structural, civil, or mechanical engineering. Proven track record with clearly shown success in achieving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. A well-established construction industry network of contacts among main contractors, structural engineers, specifiers, and other key decision-makers. Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in ports, renewable energy, and data centre developments. Strong ability to deliver compelling CPDs and value-driven pitches to senior stakeholders at board room level.
