  • Group Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator

    The Group Digital Marketing Co‑Ordinator assists the MHL Hotel Collection Group Digital Marketing Director in planning, implementing, and coordinating marketing strategies across all hotels. The role focuses on supporting digital marketing campaigns, digital performance tracking and reporting and facilitating strong communication between the digital marketing team, hotel and external suppliers. Collaboration with the individual hotels marketing and revenue teams, to ensure integrated marketing communications that align with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities Marketing Support Assist the MHL Hotel Collection Digital Marketing Director in carrying out their responsibilities. Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital projects for all hotels. Coordinate content creation and updates for hotel websites, social media platforms, and email newsletters. Support the development of brand assets and ensure consistent messaging across marketing materials and channels. Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing activities that enhance guest engagement and brand visibility. Assist in the management and engagement with existing and new digital marketing system providers, to ensure that they support our hotels as contracted. Manage campaign schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Administration Perform general office duties to support the Digital Marketing Director (e.g, digital filing, hotel and client email correspondence (proactive and reactive), database management, meeting and travel arrangements etc.). Responsible for the application of all system training received on Monday.com, SharePoint and other systems, ensuring smooth adoption and efficient system use. Support the recruitment process for the digital marketing team, co‑ordinate interviews and manage candidate communication. Support the onboarding and off‑boarding of new team members. Ensure CRM system is updated promptly with all activities, campaigns, documents, emails, notes etc. Assist in the completion of team rosters, time sheets, holiday calendars and balances. Assist in the management and maintenance of all databases, ensuring GDPR compliance at all times. Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for the Digital Marketing Director. Gather up to date and relevant brochure, promotional materials and creative assets as required. Communication Attend weekly one‑on‑one meetings with direct manager to discuss Marketing Support activities and align responsibilities with business objectives. Develop and maintain effective, professional and timely communications across the MHL Hotel Collection properties, and with all suppliers. Participate in Digital Marketing Strategy meetings and contribute to key business decisions aimed at enhancing the overall performance of the Digital Marketing team. Reporting Compile and circulate weekly and monthly digital marketing reports detailing performance related data, team activity, revenue conversion, budget spending, and ROI. This includes all hotel websites, OTA’s, PPC and social campaign analytics and trends, to help optimise strategies. Ensure all hotels are informed of performance and revenue values, as well as activity reports (tasks) for current and future activity. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as directed by the Digital Marketing Director. General Responsibilities Ensure compliance with company and statutory procedures related to fire, hygiene, health & safety, and GDPR. Undertake any reasonable request outside normal duties as assigned by the manager. Act as an ambassador for MHL, upholding professionalism and core company values.
