This is an exciting position in a busy reservations department, so we are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and excellent attention to detail with a proven track experience in hotel room reservations and groups. The Cluster Assistant Reservations Manager is responsible for the execution of the Group Reservations Departments policies and procedures and manage the day-to-day operations. Complete all weekly/monthly group reports necessary to complete the Group Reservations Function. Manage all payment and billing information for each group, working with Front Office and Accounts Reservations: Assist Cluster Reservations Manager with the daily running of the office.
