    My client is seeking an experienced SAP Data Architect to support the assessment and design of enterprise data landscapes, enabling seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The role will also evaluate the potential introduction of SAP Datasphere to support advanced analytics, governance, and decision‑making. This is a hands‑on architecture role focused on data readiness, integration strategy, and future‑proofing reporting and planning capabilities. The Role The SAP Data Architect will be responsible for analysing existing data environments, defining integration approaches, and producing high‑quality functional specifications. The role requires close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and well‑governed data solutions. Responsibilities Data Landscape Assessment: Analyse existing data sources and ingestion processes. Document current data flows and identify gaps in automation and standardisation. Data Readiness Evaluation: Assess data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across actuarial, investment, and policy administration domains. Develop and maintain data readiness scorecards for each data stream. Integration Design: Define source‑to‑target mappings for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud. Establish transformation rules, validation logic, and exception handling. Recommend ETL or MDH‑based data harmonisation approaches. SAP Datasphere Assessment: Evaluate feasibility and value of SAP Datasphere for unified data access and governance. Define use cases where Datasphere can enhance analytics and decision‑making. Governance & Compliance: Ensure alignment with regulatory and internal governance requirements (e.g. Solvency II, ORSA, AML). Define data ownership and stewardship models. Documentation & Deliverables: Produce functional specification documents for each data stream. Create integration architecture diagrams and an automation roadmap. Skills & Experience Needed Good expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere. Experience working with large data platforms (e.g. Snowflake) and MDH. Experience with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration frameworks. Strong data modelling and architecture design capabilities. Knowledge of insurance data domains (actuarial, investment, policy administration). Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. Solvency II, ORSA). Ability to operate effectively in a multi‑vendor, cross‑functional environment. Desirable Skills & Experience Extensive experience delivering data architecture and integration projects. Role Overview The Head of Finance will lead all financial management functions, ensuring robust financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. The role exists to build a high-performing finance function that supports strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and organisational scalability. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Governance Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. Ensure full regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and strong risk management. Enhance Board-level reporting to support strategic financial conversations. Present financial insights to the Board, CEO, and senior leadership. Lead capital raising initiatives with government agencies, pillar banks, and external investors. Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate closely with Operations and Commercial teams to provide financial guidance and analysis.
