YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE
We are looking for a Accounts Administrator in Athgarvan Road, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Newbridge W12W951 IRL. Your mission will be to:
Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, match POs/dockets, and manage supplier payment runs.
Reconciliations: Conduct monthly supplier account reconciliations for key accounts to ensure timely processing of all deliveries and invoices.
Reporting & Audit: Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and assist with the year‑end audit process.
Credit Control: Assist the credit control function by following up on outstanding customer payments and resolving queries.
Inbox Management: Monitor the accounts inbox, ensuring all internal and external queries are resolved promptly.
Project Support: Contribute to value‑added finance projects and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
YOUR PROFILE
Previous experience in a high‑volume accounts environment would be advantageous.
An Accounting Technician (ATI/IATI) qualification is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
Proven ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work and tasks.
High level of IT competency: Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
Working knowledge of Sage 50 is an advantage.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
A self‑motivated team player who can also work independently.
