Your Role As the territory Account Manager for Ireland, Northern Ireland & Scotland you will be responsible for both maintaining and developing sales of products across our Life Science portfolio to customers within the Industrial & Service and Testing market segment. In this field-based role, the account manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. By fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results, you will contribute to our vision of partnering with customers to focus on accelerating science. Key Responsibilities Sales and Revenue Growth: Protect existing business whilst identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing accounts and potential customers, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets whilst ensuring a healthy sales opportunity pipeline is maintained. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in the territory ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. Product and Service Advocacy: Promote our products and services, providing expert knowledge and insights to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. Account Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans, including regular reviews and updates to ensure alignment with customer objectives and company goals. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns customers may have, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory solutions. Market and Industry Awareness: Stay informed and share feedback about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact customers and the life science market. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain all customer communications and opportunities in the CRM system and provide information to relevant teams to enable regular sales reports and market insights to senior management. Collaboration: Work closely with sales specialists, digital specialists, technical service, and customer & sales excellence (CaSE) teams to maximize territory growth, ensure a seamless customer experience and the successful delivery of our solutions. Who you are: Educational Background: Scientific degree or equivalent, with experience of relevant lab techniques (addition of MSc or PhD welcomed but not essential). Experience: Proven sales experience within life science industry with minimum 3 years sales experience. Knowledge: Good understanding of the life science sector especially within Industrial and/or Service & Testing segments. Performance: Multiple years of above average performance. Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within territory approx. 50% of time. Skills: Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth by leveraging the sales tools and process available. Communication: Excellent verbal and written science communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain productive professional relationships both with external and internal customers. Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.   • Mechanical Facilities Technician

The Role Reporting to the Site Facilities Engineer/Supervisor, the Facilities Technician will directly manage the site utilities systems and maintain the overall building fabric. The person needs to ensure business continuity for the site critical systems and liaise with site specialists in areas of maintenance and electrical engineering where required. Duties Include: Ongoing maintenance & repair of all utility systems across the site both direct and indirect. Ensure the overall building fabric is kept intact and that high standards are maintained through all the different areas. Troubleshoot equipment related utility problems & equipment failures to determine root cause hence instigate repair using the latest lean tools & techniques. Carry out troubleshooting of mechanical problems for Boilers, Compressors, chillers and other utilities. Assist in the maintenance of the plant utility equipment (including building, environment & facilities) as requested. Execute and update as appropriate the existing preventative maintenance programme, in order to minimise downtime and optimise plant performance. Site uses Infor DataStream at present. Ensure that comprehensive maintenance documentation exists for each site equipment and system & that it is filed in an organised & legible manner. Ensure that files are always Audit ready. Develop critical spares list for all site utilities & ensure that critical spares are in stock or are always readily available. Ensure that all critical instruments are setup for routine calibrations and PM on INFOR and that these calibrations are performed on or before the due date. Assist liaise with and/or organise contractors carrying out maintenance/calibration/certification work as required and project support. Implement site service contracts where applicable and ensure procurement are involved in the overall negotiation process. Who You Are Candidate must have a mechanical qualification, trades qualified or minimum diploma level qualified. Preferred candidate to understand all types of utilities systems and show experience in this area. Advantageous if a good knowledge of electrical and controls. Minimum of 5 years working in a Manufacturing Environment within the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical Industry. Preferable experience with Infor PM System; Preferable experience with previous Calibration Systems. Previous experience within an ATEX environment an advantage. Analytical. Familiar with GMP requirements within a regulated industry. Effective verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills. The ability to work effectively within a team environment. Self-motivated. Support Process Engineering in the preparation of inputs into capital & expense budgets related to the Production requirements and improvements across the different business units. Provide input into and actively participate in all site visits, audits and ensure all actions and tasks are prioritised and closed out immediately. Manage the facility database for work orders. Set out a plan with the systems engineer to slowly migrate from this database system to the Corrective maintenance work order process within SAP. Perform all tasks with due recognition of safety, environment, GMP & plant procedures. Must show eagerness to manage in all areas a team of technicians, i.e. development, grievances, discipline, performance. Ensure that all drawings and procedures relating to changes in the facility or its building support services are maintained. Ensure best value is being attained in all contracts under Facilities jurisdiction. Who You Are Mechanical/Electrical/Civil qualification to diploma level. Understand all types of utilities systems and show experience in this area. Advantageous if a good knowledge of electrical and controls. Minimum of 5 years working in a Manufacturing Environment within the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical Industry. Preferable experience with CMMS SAP PM System; Preferable experience with Calibration System. Previous experience within an ATEX environment is an advantage. Analytical.
