Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced marketing professionals, fostering engagement, inclusion, and high performance Set clear priorities, translate strategy into operational plans, and guide your team through execution Build strong partnerships across functions and geographies to deliver shared objectives. Direct the development of market requirements and marketing strategies for specific products or portfolios. Lead product planning, launches, market development, and market research activities. Identify unmet customer needs and new business opportunities—helping move ideas from concept to market. Coordinate and activate regional marketing initiatives, including campaigns, trade shows, digital platforms, and promotional activities. Track and evaluate marketing performance to continuously improve impact and effectiveness. Required Knowledge and Experience A Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Strong experience in marketing within a complex, matrixed organization, with proven people‑management responsibilities. Previous experience in the Spinal and Enabling Technology industry is essential, bringing a strong understanding of the market, regulatory landscape, and customer needs. Solid expertise in downstream marketing, product launches, and market development. Upstream knowledge will be appreciated. The ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
