They are looking for a VP of DevOps to lead that transformation. The Opportunity You will take ownership of DevOps across a global engineering organisation, with a focus on standardising how software is built, deployed and operated across multiple teams and environments. This role is centred around improving: Software delivery and CI/CD standards Infrastructure as Code and automation practices Platform reliability and engineering velocity Tooling consistency across acquired platforms A key part of the role is simplifying and unifying existing systems, rather than introducing unnecessary complexity. This is a hands‑on leadership role, with an expected split of 65‑70% leadership and 30‑35% technical involvement. What You'll Be Working With Hybrid infrastructure (on‑prem, data centre and cloud) Strong focus on Infrastructure as Code and automation Configuration management (Ansible‑style approaches) Docker‑based environments Ongoing CI/CD and tooling transformation (GitHub, pipelines, etc.) This is not a Kubernetes‑first environment – the focus is on building simple, reliable and well‑automated systems. The business is also investing heavily in AI adoption across engineering, providing tools and training to support modern ways of working. You will have real ownership, strong backing from leadership, and the chance to build a DevOps function that enables engineering teams to move faster in a complex, real‑world environment. • Senior Fullstack Engineer - Fully Remote (Ireland) Fully Remote Up to €130,000 + Equity We're partnering with a VC-backed AI-native startup building something genuinely ambitious. They're developing an operating system designed to automate complex operational workflows end-to-end using intelligent agents. This isn't "AI bolted onto legacy software". It's a system built from the ground up to be AI-first. They already have paying customers. They're shipping daily and for the next 6-8 months this is very much a company in a build, ship & deliver for live paying customers type of environment. The Opportunity You'll join a small, high-calibre engineering team working directly with the founders. You'll Design and build product workflows end-to-end Work across React, TypeScript, Node and Postgres Contribute to architecture and technical direction Ship features into production fast Help shape both product and engineering culture This is greenfield. No legacy constraints. Real ownership. The Environment Fully remote, High autonomy. High trust. High standards. It's a focused execution phase. The team has customers live and meaningful milestones ahead. That means intensity at times. Not constant chaos, but real accountability and pace. If you want to help build something that could become category-defining and you're energised by that challenge then we should definitely talk. What They're Looking For 6-10+ years engineering experience Strong full-stack capability (TypeScript / React / Node) Comfortable owning systems end-to-end Experience in startup or high-ambiguity environments Product-minded, not just ticket-driven Someone who runs with problems rather than waiting for direction AI exposure is a plus, but mindset matters more than buzzwords. Package Up to €130,000 base Meaningful equity Fully remote working The chance to help shape something from early stage This is for builders. If you're currently in a larger organisation and feel too far from the product… If you're in a startup but it's lost its edge… If you've tried to build something yourself and it didn't quite land, but the fire's still there… If you want real ownership, real pace, and real impact and not just another sprint board… Then this is probably worth a conversation. Apply and let's talk. How to Apply To apply for this role, submit your CV via the application form provided.
