Stores Person Spare Parts Advisor Company: McHale Farm Machinery Role Overview McHale Farm Machinery is seeking a motivated and organised Stores Person Spare Parts Advisor to join our parts department team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring efficient and accurate parts operations. Main Duties & Responsibilities Identify and supply correct parts for trade, retail, and workshop customers. Efficiently manage telephone, email, and online enquiries. Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the parts department. Process parts orders accurately using internal software systems. Create and complete parts returns to distributors in a timely manner. Deliver professional, efficient, and friendly customer service at all times. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have previous experience in the agricultural (AG) motor industry (desirable). Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Possess excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Be diligent, reliable, and flexible in their approach to work. Maintain high work standards and accuracy. Be highly motivated, energetic, and proactive. Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills. Have good oral and written English.
