Key Responsibilities Strategically evaluate each tender with a view to developing with partners and the Head of BD an appropriate value proposition for the client or prospect concerned; Conceptualisation and design of on-brand client proposals that are compelling and visual, bringing our key messages to life; Project manage the various elements of the submission process including communication and coordination of activities across the firm for each submission process; Draft text and other content for inclusion in submission documents - this may be based on existing precedent or require original drafting (note that legal content will be written by our lawyers); Collaborate with our graphic design team to originate visual supports for inclusion; Post-submission, ensure that a full review and learnings from the process take place including the capture of new content and any other market intelligence; Provide input to the development and implementation of other client and referral partner strategies, bringing the insights gained from your work on bids and tenders into the process. This role will also assist with the submission process for key legal directories.
