We are looking for an experienced document writer to support our business expansion and move into commercial manufacturing. A critical aspect and requirement in this expansion is to create the documentation to support our end to end manufacturing, test and outsourced processes. This is required as part of our QMS, training, regulatory and engineering requirements. The role will work within our Operations team, primarily in our Manufacturing Engineering team, and will support requirements across the whole business. What you’ll do Write and create documents that detail the manufacturing process in a clear, concise and accurate manner, i.e. SOP’s, JBS’s, etc. Documents will capture the technical details, quality requirements and health and safety needs for each process, that can be used by assembly operators and technicians, engineering and quality for confirmation and training purposes. The position will be closely linked to the quality documentation control department to ensure compliance in our processes. On an ongoing basis the position will be engaged with production, engineering and quality to ensure any updates or changes to the process are captured and documents are updated and approved to ensure accuracy and compliance to our quality system. Ensure that process documentation is suitable and usable for training and certification purposes. The role will require in depth interaction with each process, which will be on the manufacturing line, and working with the SME’s for each process to verify the technical details of each document. There will also be a need to create visual aids, such as quality standards, flowcharts and diagrams as needed within the documents that are created.
