Operational Store Excellence-Ensure adherence to store processes, regulations, and KPIs while supporting the Store Manager in analysing and improving results. Customer Engagement- Ensure your team enrich customers' experiences with personalised advice and uphold a welcoming, tidy store atmosphere. Leadership- Empower your team's growth and engagement through supportive leadership, training, and a culture of trust and respect. Merchandising and Inventory- Ensure impeccably stocked shelves, use of correct planograms, ensuring accurate inventory management. We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Graduate IT Service, Systems & Business Support Specialist , a role designed to help you grow your skills, gain hands‑on experience, and build a strong foundation for your career. What You Will Do IT Service & Systems Support Act as a point of contact for IT users across Head Office and 34 retail stores. Support IT service requests in collaboration with Group IT. Learn how to manage user onboarding, access rights, device setup, and IT procurement. Support IT installations, store system setups, and ongoing process improvements. Assist with IT requirements for store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and closures. Help maintain documentation for IT systems and support procedures. Learn to monitor, troubleshoot, and elevate incidents with external partners. Contribute to identifying recurring issues and supporting long‑term solutions. Assist with cost tracking and budgeting for IT equipment and services. Support SLA and KPI reporting, user satisfaction reviews, and service performance checks. Finance, Reporting & Business Systems Support Work closely with the Finance team to support business and performance reporting. Assist with sales, margin, stock, and store performance reporting. Learn how data flows between retail systems and finance platforms and help with reconciliations. Provide backup support for management and performance reporting processes. Develop SAP skills through guided tasks such as data extraction, account checks, and variance review. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis cycles. Help improve reporting accuracy and automation through better use of systems. Work with both IT and Finance to ensure business systems meet operational and reporting needs. What We Are Looking For Recent graduate with a qualification in IT, Business Information Systems, Accounting & IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Availability to travel to the stores across Ireland periodically for random regular checks and for troubleshooting if necessary. Interest in IT support, data analysis, business systems, or finance operations. Strong Excel skills and a willingness to develop advanced data handling experience. Interest or experience with ERP systems (SAP is a bonus, but not required, training provided). Curiosity about how sales, stock, and operational systems connect to business performance. Strong customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to support technical and non‑technical users. Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Organised, reliable, and eager to grow across multiple business‑critical areas.
