Patients are reviewed in the OAMS clinic, in line with local KPI, and their medications are reviewed. A SACT nursing assessment, weight, vital signs, and medication history were completed in the OAMS clinic. The CNSp in the OAMS clinic liaises with the community pharmacy. Appropriate referrals are sent to dietetics, social work, palliative care, psycho-oncology, etc., after a discussion with the patients.   • JOB PURPOSE The post holder will take responsibility for and co-ordinate and facilitate all the necessary aspects of the clinical adaptation and assessment for Internationally Educated Nurses, (IENs) undertaking this process. In addition, as part of the nursing workforce planning team, this role will support and assist with the induction and orientation of nursing workforce and collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Education Team to provide training and support for new staff as required. The purpose of the Clinical Support Facilitator (CNM2 Grade) is to plan, organise and provide guidance and support to the IEN candidates across their assigned supernumerary clinical assessment and adaptation placements. The Clinical Support Facilitator must ensure that the clinical learning experiences meet the NMBIs regulatory and compensation measures requirements and standards. He/she is required to organise and/or develop orientation programmes; coordinate and / or deliver education classes or training that will facilitate effective adaptation of Internationally Educated Nurses into the Irish Healthcare System.
